About Me

Kit-shadowHi there, my name is Kit Wong, both owner and personal trainer here at Get Fit With Kit.   I would like to tell you a bit about myself and how I got to where I am.

I have always been passionate about health, fitness and well-being.  Coming from a background of Kickboxing and competing at an amatuer level, to outdoor camping and hiking and more recently "mud runs", such as Hell Runner and Tough Mudder.  In 2013 I wanted to take this passion to another extra level, studying at the European Institute of Fitness and becoming a Master Trainer.

So what is my mission here at Get Fit With Kit...?  With my high energy, enthusiasm and passion I want to impact peoples wellbeing, helping you to achieve your goals in the fastest and safest way possible.  I understand my clients needs so I create realistic and sustainable lifestyle changing programmes along with providing the coaching, motivation and support all the way through your journey.
