My current office at the moment 😊 Luckily before lockdown over 50% of my clients were online, so there wasn't too much of a transition. If you need some direction, help to achieve a certain goal but don't know where to start. Then give me a shout πŸ—£ I work slightly different to normal programmes. I won't just just dish out workouts after workouts, as I know there are a million free workouts out there. It's not the lack of workouts available you are struggling with, it's not the lack of motivation or knowledge either, it's the lack of "Getting what needs to be done". We focus on getting you to do what needs to be done, for you to get the results you want and feel confident and amazing πŸ‘Œ We crack that mindset, give you to key to access that treasure chest...and you will happily exercise, happily eat the calorie deficit, happily do what needs to be done. 🌿🌻 FREE WORKOUT 🌻🌿 πŸ–€ TRX Full Body Circuit πŸ–€ You will need a TRX or suspension trainer securely set up on a door anchor or tree etc. A yoga mat is optional. (If you don't have a suspension trainer I would highly recommend one, check them out on Amazon) ➑️ 45 sec of each exercise. ➑️ 30 sec rest in between exercises (this also includes setting up time) ➑️ 2-3 min rest after each completed circuit ➑️ Complete this circuit 3 times πŸ’ͺπŸ₯΅ Enjoy! πŸ’£Chocolate Protein Melt Bombs! πŸ’£ πŸ’―% Certified delish af! 🀀 Not made a healthy dessert in a while, so here you go πŸ‘Œ Recipe⬇️⬇️⬇️ Add the below into a mixing bowl 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein 75-100g of almond flour (any flour is fine) 1 egg (remove egg to make vegan) 20-40ml of almond milk 1) Mix together until it is a gloopy chocolate mess 🀀 add more milk if the mixture isn't blended all together. 2) Once mixed, add a table spoon of Nutella and softly fold it into the mix (Or use peanut butter for an even healthier option) 3) Coconut oil or olive oil up a muffin tray. And add the mixture in evenly. Bake in a pre heated oven around 180 for about 7-8mins. 4) Take out and demolish!!! ➑️ This makes 2 portions...but if you are greedy like me and don't share πŸ€­πŸ˜‰ #proteinsnacks #healthlysnacks #chocolate #treatmeal #dieting #healthyeating #cheatmeal #gooeychocolate

Awesome morning session with Jo today. Resistance training with dumbbells and kettlebells, working on her pressups to the floor also. With some skipping to finish her off 😁 she had already done 250 skips by now, we work on 50 skips per technique, then this last video it was blend all the techniques into one long 100 rep skip. And she smashed it! πŸ’ͺ It is vital at this time to stay fit and healthy 🀜πŸ’₯

Well done Anu! Always a pleasure to train with, we work hard, train hard and always have laughs during our sessions. He's had a hard time with dexterity and coordination issues, but with weekly training he has improved greatly. Now able to perform kickboxing moves and some decent ladder drills. We include lots of sports like exercises into his training regime, basketball, football, tennis, boxing and even some rounders. This allows him to constantly test his accuracy skills, movement drills and patterns, accuracy, foot work and loads more which you might not get the chance to do in a gym. End of the day, fitness is all about 'being able'. Keep it up Anu! πŸ’ͺ

More veggie curries and meal prep done for this week. I made this on Thursday and I have 1 more to eat today. Can't wait for my dinner tonight 😊 I love curries and I love bread/naans. Remember for sustained results, find the balance between gettings results and enjoying your food and you're on to a winner for staying dedicated easily. Make things easier....not harder πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

A client which I joke around with, all the laughs, all the tears shed, so many ups and downs. So much blood, sweat and swearing, so many difficulties we've overcome and so many difficulties yet to be faced...Some people would probably say it's not worth my emotional efforts πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ but I wouldn't have it any other way! And I would do it all again and exactly the same! This is Suzanne her journey, her challenges, her struggles, her life. An amazing transformation, probably the best transformation I've managed to help with. Not only in her body transformation, weight and strength, but in her confidence, her mindset, her attitude to health, her relationship with exercise and food, her belief in herself, her ability to remain strong for herself and her family, her posture, her influence to other people, her accomplishes, it is truly unbelievable what she's done during this journey. My tea tonight, fish & chips! 😊 This is my homemade version, super easy to make and packed with goodness. Make sure whatever you are eating to hit your goals whether it's for fatloss or muscle gain, make sure you are enjoying what you are eating! It is the ONLY way to sustain your diet. Of course there are times you will experiment with different foods and try things outside the box, but fundamentally you need to ENJOY your diet foods. Basically your lifestyle everyday foods πŸ‘ Find this balance and you're onto a winner in your nutrition ☯️

Veggie curry tonight for tea! 😊 With enough to last me for tomorrow's lunch and tea hopefully. Super simple, chop up all the veg you want to eat. I used 1 flower of brocolli, 3 biggish potatoes, 2 carrots, half an aubergine, about 20 sprouts, 10 cherry tomatoes, 3 handfuls of spinach, 1 onion, 3 chillies, coriander and a packet of baby corn (forgot to include in tje pic) 2-2 1/2 heaped tea spoons of curry paste (I used rogan josh paste) Cover the veggies with hot water, then simmer for about 45-50 mins until everything is soft. Add a few pinches of cornflour or flour at the end to thicken up. Done πŸ‘ŒπŸ€€

My 65+ year old clients kicking butt as always! Hem destroying some "situp 8's", this move you pass the boxing mitt between your legs to draw a number 8. Killer core move! Give it a try πŸ’ͺ Gopal is working on the "Atlas Stone" squats, the 6kg atlas ball is placed on one side of his shoulder which works his muscles leg, core and back muscles into overdrive mode keeping everything stable in an unbalanced exercise. Very very tough! These guys always train hard and give it 100% in our sessions πŸ‘Œ
